At Pets Forever Cremations, our package pricing is thoughtfully structured to provide clarity and fairness during what is often a very emotional time. All standard packages are based on services conducted within a 30-kilometre radius of Murrumba Downs, allowing us to offer prompt, compassionate care while keeping costs as transparent as possible.

We understand that every family’s situation is different, and we are more than willing to assist pets and their families outside this area. For locations beyond the standard service radius, a travel fee may apply to ensure we can continue to deliver the same level of respectful, unhurried care your beloved companion deserves. We always encourage you to enquire so we can provide an accurate, upfront cost with no surprises.

We also recognise that loss does not follow business hours, which is why after-hours services and specific pick-up requests are available when needed. Depending on your location and the time of your request, additional after-hours or pick-up fees may apply.

These fees help us maintain our high standards of care, availability, and professionalism, even during evenings, weekends, and urgent situations. Our team will always discuss any applicable costs with you gently and clearly, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and respected at every step while we care for your pet with dignity and compassion.
